Privacy Policy

last updated · 2026-04-21

1. Introduction

Floworks ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website at floworks.dev and how we use it. We are committed to keeping things simple and transparent — we collect as little data as possible.

2. What We Collect

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the site and understand aggregate usage. We do not sell your personal data, we do not build individual marketing profiles, and we do not train AI models on visitor data. Details on each category are below.

3. Information Collected Automatically

We collect two kinds of automatic data, both minimal and aggregate:

Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server log data as part of operating the site:

  • Your IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referring URL
  • Pages visited and time of access

This data is retained by our hosting provider as part of standard web infrastructure. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. Please refer to our hosting provider's privacy policy for details on their retention practices.

Analytics via Plausible. We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate site usage — pageviews, top pages, referring sources, approximate country, and browser. Plausible is a privacy-first service: it does not set cookies, does not collect personal data, does not track individual visitors across sessions or across sites, and anonymizes every metric. You can review Plausible's data handling at plausible.io/data-policy.

4. Booking and Email

Our "Book a call" button opens a scheduling widget provided by Calendly. When you book a call through this widget, Calendly collects the information you provide (typically your name, work email address, and a short description of what you are trying to automate) and shares it with us so we can prepare for the call. Calendly processes this data under its own privacy policy.

You can also contact us directly by email at hello@floworks.dev. In that case, we will receive your email address and any information you include in your message.

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to scope and deliver services. We do not add your email address to any marketing list, share it with unaffiliated third parties, or use your message content to train AI models. Messages and related correspondence are retained only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to deliver services; you may request deletion at any time.

5. Client Data

If you become a Floworks client, we may receive access to business data as part of delivering our services. How we handle client data is described in our Terms of Service (Section 5: Data Handling) and in your project agreement. This Privacy Policy applies to website visitors; client engagements are governed by the applicable project agreement and Terms of Service.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to any personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your personal data
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

Since we collect minimal data, most of these rights will apply only if you have contacted us by email or are an active client. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@floworks.dev.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Contact

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please reach out to us at hello@floworks.dev.
